Hi, this video shows you how to fix sticking or broken keys on your desktop keyboard and also on laptop keyboards. I show 5 different keyboards so hopefully one of them will be similar to the type of keyboard that you want to fix.
By using a blunt knife or a flat headed screwdriver you will be able to prise of most keys and then clean underneath them. Often dirt and grime can cause sticky keys especially if something has been split onto them. In the video I use Surgical Spirit on a cotton ear bud to clean the keys but this might be known as rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip or cotton swab in other countries.
