hey guys it's the digital tutor here with
another step-by-step tutorial
and in today's video i'm going to show
you how you can remove yourself
from a folder or file that's been shared
with you via google drive
so if any reason you don't want to be a
part of the file or folder
what you need to do is come across your
google drive
and on the left hand side you'll see it
says my drive and there's
one that says shared with me so if you
click on the shared with me
this will bring up all the documents
that have been shared with you and in
today's example we're going to use this
one
then all you need to do is right click
on the document you no longer want to be
a part of
or you no longer want that person to
share with you
and if you scroll down right to the
bottom and click on remove
okay and you can see that's actually
been now removed from your google
drive if i go here onto my drive back to
my drive you can see it's actually
disappeared from here as well
