How to Send Robux to Friends on Mobile & iPad
10In this video I show you how to send Robux to friends on mobile and iPad. The easiest way to send Robux to a friend is to buy an item that they have for sale. This can be a gamepass, clothing, or any other items that can be sold on Roblox. Although it may be a bit difficult to create a product on Roblox, it is easy to make a gamepass and anybody can create one.
To create a gamepass you will need to use the Roblox Creator Hub, which you can get to by selecting More in the Roblox app, then Create. From here you will need to open the side menu and go to Creations and select an experience. Fortunately, everybody will have a default experience which they can you can use to create a gamepass.
After selecting the experience you will need to select Passes from the side menu. On the passes page you will have the option to create a pass, which doesn’t require anything to make. However, you will need to give your gamepass a name. Once done you can tap the Create Pass button and create your gamepass
Additionally, you will need to open the gamepass settings by tapping on it twice, then go to Sales and set the price of the gamepass. This will be the amount of Robux that your friend wants to send to you. You will also need to set the gamepass to be on sale.
Next, you will need to send the gamepass link to your friend so they can purchase it and send you Robux. To do this you will need to open the options for your gamepass. You can do this by tapping on it and going to the right side. Here you will need to tap on the three dots then select Copy Link. This link will then need to be sent to the friend that wants to send your Robux on Roblox.
Alternatively, if you already have an item for sale on the Roblox Creator Hub then you can change the price of the item to match the amount your friend wants to send you. Additionally, you will need to publish the item to have it listed for sale, or save changes to update the price.
If you are the person that wants to send Robux to a friend on mobile then you will need to purchase the item from your friend. Unfortunately, whenever you purchase an item the person you buy from will only receive 70% of the Robux, This is because Roblox takes a 30% commission on all sales.
When you have made the purchase it will typically take a few days for the robux to be added to their account. This is because the Robux will be pending on their account. This process is to ensure that the purchase was legitimate. Once cleared the Robux will automatically become available in the account of the person receiving the Robux.
Alternatively, if you are trying to send Robux to someone so they can purchase an in game item, then you can check if the item can be gifted instead. This will prevent you from losing 30% of the Robux when you purchase an item. Just make sure you gift the item to the correct person. When gifting the person receiving the item will also be able to make use of the item straight away, rather than waiting for the pending Robux to be cleared.
