Sign in to your Xbox One with the account that you want to share games and Game Pass with.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system - Settings - General - Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

Choose Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox. This will allow anyone who signs in to your home Xbox to access your games and Game Pass subscription, even when you’re not signed in.
Repeat the same steps on the other Xbox One console that you want to share games and Game Pass with, but this time with the other account. This will make the other console your home Xbox for that account, and vice versa.
