About this video: This video is our complete guide on how to setup player warps on your Minecraft server. We show you everything from how to download and install Player Warps to how you can configure Player Warps on your Minecraft server. This will allow you to get the /pwarp command and allow you to let players on your Minecraft server set their own warps. This is all done using the Player Warps plugin, so let's go ahead jump right on into it.
The first step of getting Player Warps is obviously installing it on your server. You can find the official Player Warps download link in the description above. Once you are there, you can download the latest version as Player Warps works for Minecraft 1.14.4 to Minecraft 1.8 giving it true multi-version and server compatibility. After you've got player warps downloaded, you will need to install it on your server by dropping it into your plugin folder.
Note: Player Warps must have the Vault plugin installed along with it in order for it to work properly. You can find the Vault download link in the description above. Just make sure you are downloading Vault for the correct version of the Minecraft server you are running.
After you have #PlayerWarps installed on your server, restart it to generate the configuration files. You can actually change pretty much everything about Player Warps. From charging players to use or create warps to even changing how long warps stay on the GUI, it is all possible in the config.yml. You will also have a lang.yml configuration file that is going to be worth taking a look at if you want to change any of the language/wording in the modpack.
After you have Player Warps configured, you can jump in-game as it has a full set of commands that you can use. To create warps, just do /pwarp create (warp name). To go to warps without the GUI, do /pwarp (warp name), and to open up the GUI and see all the warps set by players on your server, do the /pwarp command. You can easily teleport to any of the warps in the GUI by clicking on them. You can remove player warps with the /pwarp remove (warp name) command. These commands will also work for admins to remove other player's warps. You can give players additional warps with the pw.limit.# permission or the /pwarp addwarps (player) (amount). This will stack on warps given via permissions as well making both of them work. Check how many warps you have with the /pwarp amount command.
And there you have it! That is our complete guide on how to setup Player Warps on your server in order to let players on your Minecraft server set their own warps.
