In this video, I show you exactly how to download and install the Feed The Beast Infinity Evolved modpack using the new #FTB Launcher. We cover everything from where you need to download the FTB Launcher from to how you can play FTB Infinity Evolved using the new Feed The Beast Launcher. We even show you how to add more RAM to Feed The Beast Infinity Evolved in order to make sure that it launches quickly and smoothly. We really do cover it all in this video, so let's go ahead and jump right on into exactly how you can get FTB Infinity Evolved in Minecraft!
First and foremost, you will need to download the FTB Launcher. Luckily, we have a link in the description above that will take you to the Feed The Beast Launcher download page. Once you are there, click the green 'Download' button under the Windows icon. This will then start the download of the new Feed The Beast Launcher for #Infinity]Evolved. You most likely won't need to save or keep this file, but if you do, just make sure it says 'FTB' or 'Feed The Beast' in the title.
Once your download is complete, you can find the FTB installer on your computer. Just double click on it to launch the installer. From there, all you need to do is click 'apply' on the menu that appears. From there the Feed The Beast Launcher will start installing for the Infinity Evolved modpack. Once it is done, it is finally time to download FTB Infinity Evolved. To do this, click on the 'modpacks' tab at the top of the launcher, and scroll down until you see 'FTB Infinity Evolved'. Click on that. Now, you will need to click the 'select profile' drop-down box in the bottom right. Then click 'Add Profile'. A menu will appear where you want to put your Minecraft username and password. Then click Add/Save. Now, you can click the drop-down menu, select the profile you just added, and click launch.
When you do that, Minecraft will start installing the Feed The Beast Infinity Evolved modpack. It will download and install all of the FTB Infinity Evolved mods. It will add all of the FTB Infinity Evolved mods to Minecraft, and then, it will open Minecraft with all of these mods installed. If you have any issues playing FTB Infinity Evolved, you most likely just need to add more RAM to Minecraft which can be done from the 'Options' tab at the top of the Feed The Beast launcher. At this point though, Minecraft will open up with the FTB Infinity Evolved ready to go. Now all, you need to do is learn how to play FTB Infinity Evolved.
