Signing out of the Discord app is a quick and easy process that allows you to log out of your account securely, especially if you're using a shared or public device. Whether you're on an Android, iPhone, or tablet, the steps are similar and take just a few moments.

First, open the Discord app on your device. Once the app is open and you’re logged in, tap on your profile icon, often referred to as the "User" icon, located in the bottom right corner of the screen. This takes you to your user settings.

In the user settings menu, tap on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to access additional account options. Once inside the settings, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. There, you'll see the option labeled "Log Out."

Tap on the "Log Out" button. Discord will ask for confirmation to make sure you want to proceed. Confirm your choice by tapping "Log Out" again, and you’ll be signed out of your account. After logging out, you'll return to the Discord login screen, where you can sign in again with the same or a different account.

Keep in mind that logging out will stop all notifications from Discord until you log back in. If you’re switching accounts or using someone else’s device, signing out is a good security step to keep your account safe.
