To sign out of the PS App on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Open the PS App: Launch the PlayStation App on your iPhone.
Access Profile: Tap on your profile icon, usually located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Go to Settings: Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) located in the top right corner of the profile screen.

Sign Out: Scroll down to find the Sign Out option. Tap Sign Out and confirm your choice when prompted.
You will be logged out of your PlayStation Network account on the PS App.
