Open the YouTube app on your iPhone.
Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner to open the account menu.
Select “Settings” from the menu.

In the Settings menu, tap on “History & privacy”.
Here, you will see options to “Clear search history” and “Clear watch history”. Tap on “Clear search history”.

A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap “Clear search history” again to confirm.
