To turn on Incognito Mode on YouTube for your iPhone, follow these steps:

Open the YouTube app on your iPhone.
Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Select “Turn on Incognito” from the menu.

When Incognito Mode is active, your profile picture will be replaced with the Incognito icon, and a message will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming that you are browsing privately. This means your watch and search history won’t be saved for this session.

To turn off Incognito Mode, simply tap on the Incognito icon and select “Turn off Incognito.”
