To turn on or off the Restricted Mode for filtering mature content on YouTube using a PC desktop, follow these steps:

Open YouTube: Go to YouTube and sign in to your account.
Access Profile Menu: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Find Restricted Mode: Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and click on Restricted Mode.

Toggle Restricted Mode:
To turn it on, click the toggle switch to activate Restricted Mode.
To turn it off, click the toggle switch again to deactivate Restricted Mode.
If Restricted Mode is locked by a network administrator, you might need to enter your password to unlock it
