To turn off the watch history on YouTube using a PC with Windows, follow these steps:

Open YouTube: Go to YouTube and sign in to your account.
Access History: Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner and select History.

Manage History: On the right side, click on Manage all history.
Turn Off Watch History:
You’ll be redirected to the YouTube History page on Google My Activity.
Click on Saving your YouTube history.

Toggle off the options for Include the YouTube videos you watch and Include your searches on YouTube.
