Q: I did everything correctly, but no one can join my server! What should I do?
A: Make sure that your port forward has your IPv4 as your internal IP, and that you have both UDP and TCP being forward. Most routers have the TCP/UDP option that will work, but some do require you to add them separately. Also, make sure the port that is forwarded is "25565".
Q: When I double click on the "forge-universal" file, it does not create anything. What should I do?

Minecraft Forge servers are extremely easy to setup in 1.11, but please remember that a port forward is required in order to get your 1.11 Forge server. This is usually where most people have issues, but I try my best to walk you through port forwarding in a simple and easy to follow fashion.
There are some Minecraft 1.11 Forge mods that aren't compatibility with Minecraft 1.11 Forge servers. Thus, if you do get a mod on your server and it doesn't work at all, the main reason for this is probably that the mod isn't compatibe with 1.11 Forge servers and can't be used with them.
Additionally, it is worth mention that this Forge server is built and ran on your own computer, and it uses your own internet connection to let other people play on it. Because of this, you don't need to give the IP of your 1.11 Forge server out to anyone any everyone. You can only safely give this IP out to people you trust like your friends and family.
