After you have installed Forge for Minecraft 1.11 on a Mac, you are now able to install Better Sprint for Minecraft 1.11 on a Mac. To install the Better Sprint Mod for Minecraft 1.11, you will need to go to the link in the description to find the download link for Better Sprint 1.11 on a Mac.
