To start a PS5 game and turn on console using PlayStation App:

Ensure PS5 is in Rest Mode with internet and network power-on enabled (Settings, System, Power Saving, Features Available in Rest Mode).
Install PlayStation App on phone, sign in with PSN account.
Link PS5 in app (Settings, Link Console to App).

In app, go to Game Library, Purchased, select installed game, tap Play on Console to wake PS5 and launch game.
Requires stable internet. If issues, check Rest Mode settings or use PS Remote Play app.
