To share Xbox Game Pass on Xbox Series X/S with all accounts on the same console:

Sign In: On your Xbox, sign in with the account that has the active Game Pass subscription.

Set Home Console: Press the Xbox button, go to Profile & System, Settings, General, Personalization, My Home Xbox. Select Make this my home Xbox.
Verify: All accounts on this console can now access Game Pass games and benefits (e.g., online multiplayer with Game Pass Ultimate) without the subscriber being signed in.
Notes:

Works for digital games and subscriptions only, not physical discs.
Only one console can be set as the Home Xbox at a time, changeable up to five times per year.

All profiles on the Home Xbox get access, no need to add accounts manually.
If sharing across two consoles, the subscriber must sign in on the non-Home console to access Game Pass.
