By changing the 'options vol.copy.throttle' setting you can control the volume copy operation speed. By default it is set to full speed (10). In the video I set the option to a value of 1 using the command options vol.copy.throttle 1. This command throttles the volume copy operation to 1/10th of it's full speed. . .
