To turn off the “Hey PlayStation” voice command on your PS5 console, you can follow the steps below:

From the home screen, select the Settings icon.
Scroll down and select System.
Select Voice Operation Settings.

Toggle the Voice Operation switch to the off position.
Confirm that you want to turn off voice operation by selecting OK.
