To turn off in-app purchases for games or apps on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide:
Open Settings: Go to your iPhone's home screen and tap the Settings app.
Tap Screen Time: Scroll down and select Screen Time. If you haven't enabled it before, you'll need to set it up.

Select Content & Privacy Restrictions: Scroll down to find Content & Privacy Restrictions, then toggle it on.
Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases: Under this section, tap on iTunes & App Store Purchases.

Choose In-App Purchases: You will see three options here:
Installing Apps
Deleting Apps

In-App Purchases
Set In-App Purchases to Don’t Allow: Tap on In-App Purchases and select Don’t Allow to turn off the ability to make in-app purchases.
