How to Cancel a Preorder Game on Nintendo Switch (Easy Tutorial)
6If you’ve pre-ordered a game on Nintendo eShop and need to cancel it, here’s how you can do it:
Using Nintendo Switch:
From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop.
Select the user account that placed the pre-order.
Click on your user icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.
Scroll down to “Your Pre-Orders” to view the pre-orders you’ve placed.
Select “Cancel” next to the pre-ordered game you wish to cancel.
Using an Internet Browser:
Ensure you have access to the Nintendo Account that placed the pre-order.
Use either a Nintendo Switch system or an internet browser on a computer or smart device.
Visit the Nintendo eShop website.
Log in with your Nintendo Account.
Navigate to “Your Pre-Orders” to view your pre-orders.
Select “Cancel” next to the game you want to cancel
