1. Install the HEIF Image Extensions
For Windows 10 and 11, you may need to install the HEIF Image Extensions from the Microsoft Store to open HEIC files.

Windows 10:

Open the Microsoft Store.
Search for HEIF Image Extensions.
Click Get to download and install it.
Windows 11:

Open the Microsoft Store.
Search for HEIF Image Extensions.
Click Get to download and install it.
2. Install the HEVC Video Extensions
You will also need the HEVC Video Extensions for HEVC videos.

Windows 10:

Open the Microsoft Store.
