How to Turn Off the Haptic Vibrations on Keyboard on Android Phone (Settings Tutorial)
To disable haptic vibrations on the keyboard of your Android phone, follow these steps based on the keyboard app you’re using:
For Gboard (Google Keyboard):
Open any text input field to bring up the Gboard keyboard.
Tap the gear icon to access the app’s settings.
Navigate to “Preferences.”
Scroll down to the “Key Press” section.
Turn off “Haptic Feedback on Keypress.”
For Samsung Keyboard (on Samsung Galaxy devices):
Open a text input field to activate the Samsung Keyboard.
Tap the gear icon within the keyboard to access settings.
Scroll down to “Swipe, Touch, and Feedback.”
Select “Touch Feedback.”
