To turn off the narrator (which includes text-to-speech) in Minecraft, follow these steps based on your platform:

Windows (Java Edition):
While playing Minecraft, press Ctrl + B to open the narrator settings.
You can turn off the narrator completely or set it to read only certain texts in the game

Windows (Bedrock Edition):
Access the Accessibility menu by clicking Settings in the main menu.
Turn off the “Text To Speech for UI” option to disable the narrator1.
Windows (System Narration):
