To turn off your PS5 controller directly from the console, follow these steps:

Access the Control Center:
Press the PS button on your DualSense controller to open the Control Center (Quick Menu).

Navigate to the Controller Icon:
Once the Control Center is open, use the left stick or directional buttons to move to the controller icon. This icon looks like a controller silhouette and is usually found towards the right side of the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

Select the Controller Option:
Highlight the controller icon and press X to access controller options.

Choose 'Turn Off Controller':
In the controller options, you'll see the option to Turn Off Controller. Select this option by pressing X again.
