To add funds to your PS4 wallet and add money to your account, here's what you need to do:

From Your PS4 Console:
Turn on your PS4 and sign in to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Navigate to the PlayStation Store from the main menu.

Once in the PlayStation Store, go to the top right corner where you'll see your profile picture or avatar. Click or press on this to open the user menu.
Select Payment Methods from the dropdown menu.

Choose Add Funds.
You'll see options to add funds:
Select an amount to add. Common options might include $10, $20, $50, etc.

If you want to add a custom amount, you might need to go through the web store (see below).

Choose your payment method. This could be a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, depending on what you have registered. If you need to add a new payment method, you can do so here.

Confirm the transaction. The funds will be added to your PSN wallet immediately, and you'll receive a confirmation.

Using the PlayStation Store Online:
Go to the PlayStation Store website on your computer or mobile device.
Log in with the same PSN account that you use on your PS4.
Click on your profile picture or avatar in the top right corner.

From the dropdown menu, select Payment Management.
Click on Add Funds.

Here, you can:
Select a preset amount or, in some regions, you can add a custom amount directly.

Choose your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Confirm the transaction. The funds will be added to your PSN wallet, and you should see a confirmation message.
