Here’s how you can manage notifications for messages and invites on your Xbox Series X:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system - Settings - Preferences - Notifications.
To control notification banners, toggle Notification banners on or off.
For Xbox-specific notifications, select Xbox notifications. You can choose to allow or disable specific types of notifications

To manage app notifications, go to App notifications. Again, you can enable or disable notifications for individual apps.

Adjust the Default notification position to determine where notifications appear on your screen (choose from six locations).

Customize how long notifications are available using Notification timing. You can keep all notifications or show only recent ones.
