This has such a boringly generic name, but the episode has a WILD plot... that was setup for a later story that never happened. But such is the draw of TTRPGs... you can finish the stories the TV show abandoned. :D

And THIS story went places! Evil admirals? nah, they're getting manipulated by a.... clerk in the personnel department. BUT... They ARE doing stuff that is a major problem. And now the heroes of this story must find a way to handle that without making things worse.
