As episodes go this one has multiple plot aspects that could be used in a TTRPG.

Revisiting the status of the Angosian civilization is something you could have a lot of fun with. Worf compared their combat prowess to the way Klingons fight.

Or maybe take the application for Federation membership idea and apply it to a different race?

Or even revisit the Angosians to see if they still want to join? Lots of stuff you could do.
