1Here we have an ep that examines the idea of the scars of war, but from the PoV of setting up a new on-going story arc. giving players a task to navigate a tense standoff like that while trying to force a de-escalation... that could make a fun story.
Of course, how your players react is hard to predict and needs a lot of guesswork. That is a rare episode to START with a fire fight... against someone who ISN'T the bad guy... That is something that'd be hard for some players to handle... but only some of them.
