This was a negative space wedgie episode. The ENTIRE plot revolves around that. So... if you're gonna use it in a TTRPG... go all in on making it an interesting NSW.

The list of variations is enormous, and TNG did quite a few of them. Just make sure everyone has something to do. Players get bored if they're just watching the action.
