How to View How Long your Friends Have Played Games on Xbox Series X (Friends Played Hours)
2To view how long your friends have played games on Xbox Series X, follow these steps:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the Guide menu.
Highlight the options for Game activity, and select All achievements.
Choose the game you want to see the Time played stat for.
Under Progress, highlight Stats.
This will display the amount of time your friend has spent playing that particular game. Keep in mind that the time played stat may include idle time or time spent in menus, so it might be slightly inflated compared to in-game timers.
Additionally, if you want to check out your friends’ overall activity, here’s how:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Home, and then go to Friends & Community Updates. Here, you’ll find your friends’ recent activity.
To narrow it down further:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select People.
You’ll see which friends are online and what they’re currently doing (playing a game, watching Netflix, etc.).
To see a specific friend’s detailed activity, choose that friend, and then select See full profile. You’ll find information like their screenshots and achievements.
