The HTC One S, is a flagship smartphone on the T-Mobile Network, as part of the One line of smartphones from HTC. In all intends and purposes the HTC One S is similar to the HTC One X on AT&T network; less to points. the One S sports a Super AMOLED qHD display while the One X is a Super LCD 720p display. Also the One X screen is larger. As with the HTC One X the One S sports Android 4.0 with sense 4.0 overlay, which has come a long way from been clunky heavy and disruptive to the Android experience , HTC has gone back to the drawing board and retooled their UI to be more of a complimentary piece to sensei UI. It much smoother, faster and more responsive. Some of the complimentary additions to Android 4.0 with Sense 4.0 include the music hub, which automatically aggregates all your music apps to that hub as soon as you download them.
You have also got Beats audio which has come a long way on HTC devices and doesn't feel like a gimmick. But adds premium sound experience to the device, through the headphone jack. Giving you clear clean and crisp sound from you music to your videos. The HTC One S also records at 1080p and house the same F/2.0 lens and HTC ImageSense processor found in the One X . What that affords you as a user is some very crisp clear photos and vibrant videos at 1080p. The camera also comes with a variety of scene modes and filter to give you the most out of the camera.

Overall I really like what HTC has done with the One S, it is slim sleek, light, durable, packed with features and feel well placed in your hands. Sense 4.0 overlay on ICS feels smooth and fresh, helping to plug hole than holding it back. Though the constrained storage option is something many fans of HTC device won't like. I am sure a microSD card could have been fitted into the. A design choice I hope HTC changes as the improve the One line in the future. Other than that I really like the device, I like what it brings to the table hardware wise, combined with the fact it run on T-Mobile's 42Mbps HSPA+ network; you're getting solid data speeds plus it has Wi-Fi calling, which means you always have a signal to make a call. So if you are on T-Mobile and want to upgrade to the best on the network, the HTC One S is your pick.
