► Soo Neo, what happens today ? Well I'm glad You ask!! ツ
Welcome! To Let's Hyper Light Drifter – gameplay and walkthrough, part 2! I still have no idea who is the main enemy of Hyper Light Drifter. From what I understand in the central city of this place there are a Triangles powered by 4 crystals. Each Triangle have been broken in to 4 parts and moved to north, south, east and west parts of the world of Hyper Light Drifter.
Our Job for now is to find all the parts and restore it to the main city.
Last time we left of in the north part known as The Winding Ridge taken by the bird man.
First lets talk about enemy's in The Winding Ridge – north part of Hyper Light Drifter So Far I have meet four enemy's in the north region.
- A caster bird man. He is weak in combat with two health bars enemy of Hyper Light Drifter, will use a beam attack in close range. Best tactic to fight with him wait for him to cast beam and jump behind him the point where he casts.
- A Bird man guard. A bit of a annoying enemy in Hyper Light Drifter with one health bar. He will fly around out of range of Your sword, when he gets in to a good position he will do a dive attack. This is the only point where You can use your sword on him. Slice him just before he will be able to hit You.
- Bird man Priest ? Hard to name this guy, but he is easy to recognize. Big Enemy that will use two spells to kill You. One is a aoe spell with a small size shape of a square and the other been a magical missile that will go towards Your hero of Hyper Light Drifter.
- Hell Dog, AS the name says it’s a dog. Fast, attacks in packs have 2-3 Health Bar by far the most dangerous enemy because of his speed. Do not let them surround You! Separate the enemy from the pack and kill them one by one.
- Behemoth really big enemy with seven Health Bar! But his size is his weakness as he is quite slow. This guy have two attacks. A jump attack which is easy to avoid just watch on the shadow just before impact and a swing attack with his huge arms. Some may think this is a very dangerous enemy of Hyper Light Drifter. Well its not, he is too slow to be a good threat. THo I think he will appear in more then just the north region.
In this episode of Hyper Light Drifter we also get a new threat a trap! From the falling floors in the last part of Hyper Light Drifter we know also face moving wall blocks. Thoes will kill you instantly! So by far are way more dengereus then a falling floor.
As I said the story so far for us is to gather Triangles we need four Triangles from the north re-gion. In this episode of Hyper Light Drifter I will find in total two. One of the Triangles is locat-ed next to a boss fight place ? There is a boss marker there but I haven’t seen the boss yet. Hard to miss, look for a storage container in the floor for the crystal. After getting that one we move to the left of the North region. Enter the dungeon and after fighting of the bird Prist, casters and Behemoths along with a few traps You should get the second crystal of Hyper Light Drifter. What I can say about this place ? Well its full of enemy's so don’t rush, its full of traps so watch Your step and also search all the place. Every wall in Hyper Light Drifter may be a secret with cash to spend!
