I found this 2006 A1200 iMac on Kijiji (Canadian Craig's list/gumtree) for $5!! The seller claimed it powered on and had some "cosmetic" damage. For $5, even if it didn't function at all, why not?!

I was able to boot it in safe mode and saw a functioning OS, for about 10 minutes, before it froze, crashed and didn't boot again. While it was running, it smelled...like an old moldy basement, then the next day, low and behold I had a sore throat, and then a sinus infection for almost a week. Coincidence, I think not. This old iMac was definitely trying to kill me! Come join the stream as we get back at it, and expose it's innards to the whole world!

I know I said I would wait until I had 100 subs, but most of you subs are like 1.5 subs or more, so we're pretty much there.
