Wobblerocket returns to Striving for Light: Survival, the action roguelike from @ignitingsparkgames. This time, we're running a poison archer build with Heleja, Elder Club, and Bow in Eternal Sands Tier 4.

This style of action roguelike game, popularized by Vampire Survivors, has really taken off this year. Striving for Light: Survival is quickly becoming one of my favorite action roguelike games of 2023. Although Striving for Light: Survival is still in Early Access on Steam, it's completely playable at this time.

I'm not gonna lie, I thought this Heleja build would do much better than it did! Although we finished the run, it was a tense push the whole way through. Our projectile multiplicators and additional projectiles helped us fill the battlefield with arrows, but we ran into very few Projectile Damage nodes. We picked up several poison nodes and additional condition damage, but the dense enemy clustering and high enemy health in Eternal Sands Tier 4 made it difficult to chew through the packs, even with the help of staples like Scattering Projectiles and Explosive Projectile.
