The only rule of Red Only is that you are completely disallowed from plucking any pikmin but red ones.

All objects were collected that blues are not "required" for.

This took a short amount of time to achieve. It is possibly the least challenging of the red only challenges, at least for what I collected.

This took about 6-8 tries. 1 try where I decided on a route, then a few resets because I wanted both red pellet drops from the breadbug (a 1/9 chance). Note: This was not difficult as you kill the breadbug immediately at the start of the run.

Cool tricks/ things to note:
Collecting the yellow 20 pellet by means of clipping up onto the higher ground.
Collecting the items behind the stone gate without destroying it by first going out of bounds and running round to the area.
Collected the group of 3 10 pellets by means of throwing up the tree stump. It is hard to do fast since the pikmin slide down and need to be thrown again.

Possible ways to beat this score:
Get the yellow pellet on dry land but blocked by water. You can push this to land, but not in the time I had left so it wasn't worth going for.
