Impatient moped user can't find line to overtake
0This was so funny. You can hear him approaching and revving his engine. At the green light it turned out I accelerated faster at first. For some reason he tried to salmon around me, even though that only slowed him down and left him further behind. You can see his front wheel for a few frames. As he's about to overtake, you can hear some more hesitation before the left turn. Perhaps to make sure I didn't take an inconvenient line, although honestly I don't think he was to plan any kind of line even if he knew about my line in advance. He did persevere and overtake eventually.
How's the medium FOV? I use 1080p60 wide most of the time. This was 2.7K30 medium. It's nice to have twice the angular resolution. It's also a more natural view, albeit still much wider than that of most cameras. Less pronounced fisheye. But for action cam purposes it's tunnel vision. Rolling shutter is worse at 30 FPS. YouTube also doesn't provide this at the native resolution of 2704x1524, instead scaling to 1440p.
