Indie Game of the Week - Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes Feat. Kitty!

What would you do if your life depended on somebody else? You had to trust everything they said and follow their instructions exactly. Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes takes this concept and makes it hilarious and fun. The concept is devilishly simple in design, one player defuses the bomb, another player has the instructions of how to defuse it. Neither of them can see what the other is doing. Communication is absolutely integral to the gameplay of this title. Psychologist will probably use this game to stress test people. This is as much of a social experiment as it is a clever puzzle game. Visually, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is rather simple, nothing to fancy but it does look good. The music on other hand does get more violent and intense as the timer begins to run down. Adding to the delicious stress and tension. Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is an amazing example of thinking outside the box and typical gaming conventions. This is why I love Indie Games this is the type of innovation that Triple A developers would never dare to try. There is excellent design here, no bugs, and something anyone can play. The only gripe I could muster is that the person giving the instructions might not have as much fun as the bomb defuser. Otherwise this is a great game and easily worth your attention, time, and money!
