So, after completing Beyond Good and Evil, I wasn’t really sure what to follow that game up with and I tried messing around with GTA, LA Noire and Saints Row 3 but all of them didn’t run so well on my computer. I got a little bit bummed out till I remembered that I owned InFamous on the PS3 and suddenly got the idea that I wanted to shoot people in the face with lightning instead of weapons. For those who haven’t seen what this game is about, we play as Cole MacGrath who was a bike messenger that got caught up in a massive explosion that destroyed most of the city. When we wake up, he finds out that he has new super-human powers (that being the ability to control lightning, as hinted at with my prior comment) and we get to uncover what caused us to get these powers and who is responsible for the bombing attack. Now, I will mention that I have played this game before on my first PlayStation (it was a pre-owned item that crapped itself and died, may it RIP) but, for some reason, all of my trophies that I got playing this game are gone so, luckily for you guys, you get to see them all come back. I do believe that I also beat this game so I may remember certain parts to the game and won’t be too surprised for any major plot twists (my memory is particularly awful at times so I might still be surprised, I apologize in advance if that happens). For those wonder, I do end up going with the Heroic storyline and being the Goody-two Shoes although, I do regret not being the evil villain in this game, Red lightning does look fairly badass. Also, side note that I mentioned with the video, I usually cue up my audio so it’s in the right place in the main menu but, since the game started once I hit the start button, I have to use an in-game window so there is just this random cut for that particular moment.
