Changelog for 0.9.6, this update's BIG!

https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/214900-infinite-discoveries-096-112x/

1. Added an optional folder which makes every star orbit a central black hole. Galaxy mode also adds an optional volumetric galaxy which needs NiftyNebulae to work: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/211892-112x-niftynebulae-a-volumetric-nebula-mod/
You can also install singularity if the volumetric galaxy is too laggy.
2. Completely redid map generation, now it's based off simplex noise and randomly placed decals.
3. EVE configs now have aurorae!
4Added icecaps based off temperature.
5. Fixed scatterer atmospheres being extremely foggy around dim stars.
6. Added life! Planets with atmospheres and oceans between a certain temperature range can have life.
7. Clouds now guaranteed to exist on oceanic worlds.
8.Various other bugfixes as a side effect from having a new terrain generator.
9. Renamed mod folder to "InfiniteDiscoveries" because why not.

Music Used:
Super Polka - Kevin MacLeod
