Interview with IA Vijayaraghavan V. - one of India's top chess arbiters
Vijayaraghavan V. is one of the most friendly arbiters that you will meet out there. He always has a smile on his face, even when he is tackling the difficult tasks related to being an arbiter. Currently he is the chief arbiter of the MPL under-12 national championships that are taking place in Mandya, Karnataka. We speak to him about his role, how is it different to be an arbiter of a junior event as compared to that of an open event. We also ask Vijayaraghavan about his experiences as an arbiter and some of his best memories of the past. Check out this interview and get to know an important personality of the Indian chess scene.
