Intraglacial is the best unity asset for snow particle effects in your game. Developed on and tested for Unity 2020.3, this snow visual effect for unity works in both URP and HDRP. Intraglacial has been created as a snow visual effect graph, which means that you can easily adjust the snowfall parameters to needs of your unity project.
That being said, you can also easily set up this snow particle effect with just a single mouse click by dragging and dropping any of the five built-in snow particle effect prefabs into your scene.
