Never the idea, but implementation
What sets the phone apart isn’t what it looks like as much as what it’s running - software, stupid. Services, stupid. You think iPhone would be huge without the App Store / devs?! The notch is the wrong kind of differentiator.
A full screen phone that doesn’t utilize the full screen. It’s not true edge to edge. A ton of wasted screen.
