In this video, Ishar II - Messengers of Doom, released in 1993 for the Atari ST by Silmarils.
Full of dangers and evil, Ishar 2 islands only wait us to smite our way through ranks and ranks of wrongdoers, corrupted politics and drugs dealers. Our mission is to free the islands by interacting with villagers and people going about their daily business, building a party ready to fight with you, finding clues or unmasking thieves, helping do something in exchange of informations and so on, like a classic modern RPG game.
Wonderfully designed, with attention to details, Ishar 2 also sports fantastic digital audio with crispy clear sound fx and a nice digitized intro music. The playability is top with a balanced difficulty, provided you pay attention on building your party for full impact with the right people.
The Ishar series is a must to play and this second chapter is absolutely worth to be played, provided you have at least 1MB of RAM.
