It Takes Two - Part 9 - How Big Is This Octopus!
0Hello everyone and welcome back to It Takes Two.
Last time we managed to unlock our new ability the fidget spinners. These allow us to hover over the ground below to reach area we can not jump to. We are still trying to make our was through Rose's room to find the elephant.
Rose's room is set up like an obstacle course that Cody & May need to get through. There area a lot of dangers along the way but we are able to use our fidget spinners to help. Once we make it through the obstacles room we are greeted again by the book. who takes us into a kaleidoscope, this part of the game is very strange as nothing is normal. The whole world in here is upside down or completely different than outside. Inside we have to match up the patterns on the floor to make our way back out of the kaleidoscope.
Finally we make our way back out of the kaleidoscope and we are at the base of the elephants magic castle. There is a cart that Cody says will take us straight to the castle, but first we need to find a way to raise the barrier to allow the cart to move. Once everything is in place we are able to take the cart. Cody and Rose have made this very long track that goes through different worlds. Along the track we bump onto a dinosaur that is sleeping on the track, we need to find a way to wake this dinosaur up and clear the track once again. In this section both Cody & May must control a different dinosaur and reach the end of the course, when they reach the end they are able to bump the sleeping dinosaur and wake it up so it allows us to continue on the track.
During the next stop on the track we make it to a pirate ship. Cody & May must now work together to control the direction of the ship by running on either side. There are also enemies in the water that will attack back so we need to be careful. As we continue to make our way through there is also a boss battle that we need to defeat. This boss is a huge Octopus that tries to hit our ship with its tentacles. We need to take this Octopus down before it deals too much damage to our ship.
