It Takes Two - Part 11 - How Could We Do This?
0Hello everyone and welcome back to It Takes Two.
Cody & May have finally reached the elephant queen toy that they wanted to destroy in order to make Rose cry. Cody & May believe that Rose's tears will turn them back into humans again. The elephant queen knows what they are trying to do and tried to run away. We need to catch the elephant queen so Cody & May can complete there plan.
The queen continues to run away from us as she overheard the plans. Eventually we are able to grab the queen and begin to drag her to the edge of the bookshelf. As Cody & May pull you can hear how sad this makes the elephant toy as she calls out for Rose. Cody & May feel terrible but are committed to the plan, they even pull the queens ear off. Once they push the elephant off the bookshelf Rose hears and wakes up, she sees her favourite toy has been damaged and begins to cry. Cody & May are overjoyed as they believe Rose's tears will bring them back, they even dance in her tears. There plan does now work! Cody notices a note that Rose has been writing on the bed, but before Cody can finish reading the book steals the page as they have still not fixed there relationship. The book rips the letter into 4 pieces that we now must collect.
Each of these next levels is based on an area Cody & May both need to work on, the first is time. This time level is based inside a clock, the two are now given new abilities. May is able to clone herself and Cody is able to control time of items around us. We need to reach the end of the clock by solving the puzzles to win the first piece of the letter. May's new ability allows her to reach places fast and avoid shutting doors, whilst Cody's allows us to reach platforms that have been destroyed. Located inside the clock is a small town that has so much for us to interact with. After spending time time together Cody & May actually begin to talk about there home life and why Cody feels that May never has time for them.
We manage to make it out of the town by completing a series of puzzles. There is a clock tower that we need to reach but to get there we need to solve puzzles in the smaller 3 towers first. There are birds in the area that we are able to use to fly to each of the towers. We head down into the first tower and see there are a series of coloured platforms that are only active at certain points in time. We manage to solve the time puzzle and reach the top of the tower, this releases a load of fireflies that acts like explosives, we can use them to damage the shield.
Check back next time as we continue to explore the 2 remaining towers and try to collect Rose's letter pieces.
