Genshin Impact - 142 - The Three Realms Gateway
0Hey everyone and welcome back to Genshin Impact.
Last time Paimon came up with the ides of speaking to the wondered soldiers in the area about Tsumi as we don't know if we can trust her or not. It seems that the soldiers trust her on of them even tell us that Tsumi took off her mask for them and she has snake like eyes, this is what she is hiding. Apparently this is part of Watatsumi Islands history. After listening too all the information the soldiers gave us we recap everything and agree to help her.
We head inside and tell Tsumi that we are willing to help fight against the darkness. Tsumi give us a new item called the Bokuso Box. This box allows us to remove darkness from items or enemies if they have been consumed, but only if the box has charge. Tsumi takes us to some enemies that she know have been consumed by darkness to teach us how to use the box effectively. Tsumi tells us about the three realms gateway that we will need to active to remove the darkness from this land. However these 3 towers are also engulfed in darkness.
There is a soldier who also have a side quest for us, they give us a location to visit that has a lever in the middle of the room. Once we pull it we are able to see tile spaces. The soldier gave us one of the tiles but there are still a few missing that we will need to discover around Enkanomiya. We will have to keep an eye out for these tiles as we explore to see what they unlock.
Our next stop is the first of the 3 towers, we can see on the map that it is covered in darkness and even all of our waypoints have been taken away at they too have been corrupted by darkness. As we arrive in the dark areas our Bokuso Box begins to drain of its power but there are light stones located around that will help to charge the box a small amount. There are also new items including ore and flowers that we are able to collect by using the power of the Bokuso Box.
Once we reach the pond area we are able to use the bubble to fly up into the portal, this takes us to the first tower area. Once there we come across some strange new enemies that we have never seen before. Could these be the moving suits of armour the solider told us about earlier? These enemies are very strong and are also boosted as they have been corrupted by the darkness. We must use the Bokuso Box to defeat them. Once they have been defeated they give us a strange new item and we are able to progress closer to the tower.
When we reach the tower there are 3 buttons that we must activate, each of these buttons needs a unique item. We need to head back and collect enough of these items we also need to have a higher ranked Bokuso Box. We can upgrade the Bokuso Box at the statue in the middle of the map by offering some special sigils we are able to collect in this are. Once the box is upgraded we are able to unlock more teleporters and the light power can also last longer. After upgrading the box we head back and offer everything to the buttons to remove the darkness. We are then able to rotate the tower into the correct position. Once done we have to climb the tower and use the Bokuso Box to remove the darkness from this tower. Unfortunately this does not remove the darkness from the map and we still have two towers that we need to explore.
