■Ingredients (6 pieces)
・Rice (already absorbed) 2 cups
・Water, appropriate amount
・☆Seasonings
・Salt 1 tsp
・Vinegar 1 tsp
・Salad oil 1 tsp
・White soup stock 1/2 tsp
■Procedure
(1) Put rice, ☆, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker up to the 2 cups mark, mix, and flatten the rice. Cook normally.
(2) Mix lightly as if cutting.
(3) Spread out plastic wrap and place 1/6 of it on top, then form a triangle. Make a total of 6 in the same way.
■Notes・The white dashi used in this recipe has a salt equivalent of about 10g per 100ml. Increase or decrease the amount used depending on the salt content of the white dashi you use.
