4.5 seconds of hang time needed in a single one for gold? That's about as effortless as it gets. Forget 4.5 seconds, try, um, 25 seconds? 15 seconds of total hang time for gold? 50 seconds is easy enough.

220 meters for the greatest distance single jump for gold? It's trickier, but that's child's play when it's easy enough to get at least 900 meters in one single jump. But, um, isn't it only 800 meters for total distance? All 800 of that in a single jump!? My highest is just over 1100.

The roll challenge, however, is another subject. There's really no crazy effective trick for that one... or maybe there is. Observing the game mechanics, the vehicle has to get past 90° from upright (level; basically be upside-down) and return past that point (basically, be rightside-up). Theory has it that, if I were to get onto just the right slope and carefully jump or something, I could get 30+ rolls. It takes a ton of luck, however and I haven't been able to pull it off yet.
