After getting completely destroyed in the obsidian area last session, I decided that it’s time to head back to the swamp (an ordeal in itself, considering it’s been at least a couple of weeks since I last played). Once I got through, I figured the easier path is getting back to the catacombs(/oubliette?) area from the beta with the larger Grisha boss (and the icy area that led from there).

Ended up picking up the Martyr’s Blade from the easiest fight against Hadern so far, and cruised through much of the icy area to fight a really cool boss (pun intended?). The earlier areas got a whole lot more interesting afterwards, and I’m wanting to explore that some more next stream.
